Life

"When you're young, you always feel that life hasn't yet begun -- that "life" is always scheduled to begin next week, next month, next year, after the holidays -- whenever. But then suddenly you're old and the scheduled life didn't arrive. You find yourself asking, 'Well then, exactly what was it I was having -- that interlude -- the scrambly madness -- all that time I had before?"

- Douglas Coupland

Post It Now

So one thing led to another... it started with my love for post its. remembering how much i really loved them. which led me to Singapore, where i used them the most... the files, the labelling of work and rooms and furniture.. the walls. our walls. my walls. what fun. i miss you!
I cant show you the rest of the pictures of the room.. because the room seems to be quite a mess. probably why i took pictures in the first place.

where we moving out?
had we just moved in?
i also have videos of our Pondering Princess dancing to some bollywood beats. must post that soon too. what say? :p

We Knew... This Was IT. The One.

Hello Sophia,

Room no. i don't remember...

"OK so the next song will be ours"

they knew that this is just not them... in fact a lil mushy for their taste and also quite funny. lets make the next song ours? we will remember it forever... we'll try to shed a tear in our moment of nostalgia wherever we might be in the world in the future.

they laughed.. went off to kopi. stuffed their faces. one of them put on a lot of weight... one was a vegetarian so.. not so happy. the third might have been on something.. nobody really knows what she was having. but that's a story for another time.

But somehow... the song stuck. Forever. tears maybe *ahem.

Someday you will find me
Caught beneath the landslide
In a champagne supernova
